What is the return policy?

Return Charges
A ₹20 return processing fee will be deducted for each returned item.
Eligibility for Returns
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The product should be returned with original packaging and all accessories.
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed.
For online payments, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be issued to the customer's provided bank account.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
